Marin Spine and Wellness is committed to providing legitimate and lasting solutions to address your unique needs, whether you are experiencing back pain, sciatica, a herniated disc, neck pain, headaches, or even muscular tightness and tension. You may be searching for pain relief after an auto accident, experiencing an injury, or if you suffer from a specific condition like chronic back pain, spinal degeneration, disc degeneration or stenosis . Even if you're looking to improve your overall health, our team can help you attain your everyday wellness goals! Visit our testimonials page to find out what our patients are saying about our care.

At your first visit to Marin Spine and Wellness, one of the experienced docs will explain how our approach to problem solving works and give you a full evaluation to see if our solutions are a good fit to address your needs. If there is a good fit, we can customize a plan of care for your condition and health goals. Our plans include self care instruction to help give you the tools you need to get better independently.

Our office is well known in the community for the Spinal Decompression Therapy Protocol. We have equipped our office with advanced healing machines and modalities. We have studied the patterns of dysfunction that lead to these problems and we will help you correct it with exercises. If you are suffering from a serious back or neck issue then you have found the right place. For more info on this program then check out the Spinal Decompression Therapy page.

If you have not been to a chiropractor before and want to find out more, please Email Us or call (415) 924-8398 to receive the answers to your questions from our experienced team. Testimonials

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "I had recently been experiencing loss of power and strength on my bike and was recommended to Chappy Wood, D.C. by other cyclists. I had been to other doctors but they were unable to fix my particular problem. He was able to target my problem areas using the cold laser treatment. After every visit I feel I have really addressed the problems I have come in for, and I would highly recommend him if you’re not getting results with other forms of treatment."

  • "Dr. Chappy Wood, D.C. has been an essential part of my training and recovery process as a professional cyclist. Training here in Marin is hard on my body, and he is able to fix all my nagging problems that cycling has caused on my body. Being a cyclist himself has really helped him to understand my specific needs. If you are a cyclist with any type of injury or any problem or pain associated with cycling then he is the man to see."
