Dr. Chappy Wood, the principle Chiropractor at Marin Spine and Wellness, has spent most of his life engaging in sports and fitness at very high levels. His insight gained related to working with professional athletes and teams, personal fitness experience and extensive scholastic study has inspired a new way of combining technology, exercise and nutrition to achieve maximum results.

Exercise

To ensure that you get the most out of your weight loss treatment sessions you must flush the wastes out of your system and increase blood flow with plenty of water. One of the best ways to start a new program of training is to build from scratch, do a “system reset” and focus on the key elements of fitness and performance: aerobic conditioning, technique and strength.
